TMZ reports:
Paris Hilton is in big trouble, if the Los Angeles City Attorney has his way. TMZ has obtained documents filed with the court, in which prosecutors say they want Hilton to spend 45 days in jail.
Paris must appear tomorrow on a probation violation, for allegedly driving on a suspended license Hilton was already on probation after pleading no contest last January to alcohol-related reckless driving. The DMV had suspended Hilton's license as a result of her DUI bust.
While her license was suspended, Hilton was stopped by the CHP last January 15, and again by the L.A. County Sheriffs on February 27.
Then she would have to wear the same outfitt over and over. Oh the horror. So far 95% of people polled at TMZ say she should serve jail time.
She's very much into herself - but she has a big heart for animals.

Paris will not get sent to jail (although i wish she did). The law gives these “celebs” speacial treatment. But i say, that if they don’t send her to jail….we should encourage eveyone we know to send letters to the courts for making such a wrong decision.

If she does serve time, I’m all for special treatment in her case. Her crabby cooch needs to be in solitary to keep her virulent strain of mutant ninja STDs from spreading throughout the prison population and eventually the greater LA area.

I find it ironic that she wore a black and white striped shirt the day before her hearing. It is like subconsciously she new she was going to be going to jail.
