AN avant-garde Manhattan painter is suing Pink for copyright infringement, saying the pop cutie used one of his works in a 2006 music video. In his case filed in Manhattan District Court, Vladimir Kush charges Pink and her record company, Zomba, with reproducing images from his painting "Countes Erotiques" throughout her video for "U + Ur Hand" without permission.

Less than 2 years after Pink’s romantic beachside wedding in Costa Rica, it looks like the pop star’s husband, motocross champ and Hart & Huntington Tattoo Company owner Carey Hart, is cheating on her!
On August 4, while Pink was on tour in Europe, Carey was at play in a Hollywood night club, partying hard with a pretty – and very willing – young hottie, an eyewitness tells Star.
“it sure didn’t’ look like he was married that night!” the eyewitness reports. “He had a cute blonde in a tight dress sitting on his lap all night. They were laughing and drinking vodka with her arms wrapped around him in a corner VIP booth.”
Carey arrived at the club with a posse of buddies. He seemed to know many of the X Games competitors and crew at the trendy nightspot.
While he and his pals were quickly surrounded by women, the eyewitness says that Carey immediately made eyes at the hot blonde, who is a friend of one of his crew. Onlookers watched as she made her way to his table, and shortly after, they were all over each other.
“Nobody seemed to make a big deal out of Carey making out with her,” says the eyewitness. “It was as if this was nothing new for him. Carey never mentioned Pink the entire night. It seemed like everyone just thought he wasn’t with her anymore, that they had broken up.”
While reps for Carey Hart say the story is “inaccurate,” the source says that as the night went on, Carey and his sexy hookup locked lips and began kissing passionately in front of the motorcycle daredevil’s friends, says the onlooker, “They were seriously making out,” the eyewitness tells Star. “It looked like Pink was definitely not on his mind.” Meanwhile, Pink was halfway across the world, touring to promote her latest album, I’m Not Dead. Since Carey and Pink tied the knot on January 7, 2006, they’ve been together only about a week each month because of their busy schedules. And unfortunately for the singer, Carey appears to have found other ways to amuse himself while they’re separated. “When the club closed, he and the blonde left hand in hand,” says the eyewitness. “They didn’t look like they were about to say their good-byes!”
