Yep that's "apple pie" actress Tara Reid again. But that's not the same dude she had on her arm just the day before!!!! Anyway, this particular "mystery" man joined Tara for a fun Jay-Z concert at The Staples center in Los Angeles, California on December 13, 2011. Tara is just lliving it up like a slice of yellow cheese at this point. or maybe I was thinking the men being disposable like Kleenex. Either way she's free, single, and willing to mingle.
