Notorious American Pie actress Tara Reid left Madeo's with a smiley chatty male friend in L.A on December 12, 2011. Tara was able to walk on her own two feet after finishing a meal inside. No bodyguards or clean up crews were needed after this visit. Her friend might need a garbage pail to throw up in any minute....based on that one face he's making.
