The Brazilian supermodel has reportedly read the script and scheduled a
meeting with Mike Myers, who writes and stars as spoof British spy Austin in
the film, and director Jay Roach to further discuss the role.
Gisele would be following in the footsteps of fellow beauties Elizabeth
Hurley, Heather Graham and Beyonce Knowles, who have all starred as Austin's
love interests in the films.
This would not be Gisele's first film role. She previously appeared
alongside Queen Latifah in 'Taxi' in 2004, and had a small part in 'The
Devil Wears Prada' in 2006.
Meanwhile, while Mike has not confirmed the title for the forthcoming movie,
he has revealed the film will be from the perspective of Dr. Evil, Austin's
enemy, who is also played by Mike.
He explained: "There is a fully conceived idea for a fourth and I can just
say that it's from Dr Evil's point of view, so if you balanced how much it
was Austin with Dr Evil, it's more Dr Evil than Austin."
Mike has previously enjoyed box office success as the bespectacled secret
agent in 'Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery', 'Austin Powers: The
Spy Who Shagged Me' and 'Austin Powers in Goldmember'.
