He said: "I wanted to see Lily Allen play the other week, but her record
label got in touch and said, 'We don't want you there because Kate Moss will
be there and it will take attention away from Lily. Can you not go?'

"I was so insulted. I don't know, I think I would have been courteous
enough.
"Then I'd probably have headbutted her new boyfriend, put her over my
shoulder and run off."

Pete admits he is still not over Kate, but hopes he will eventually find
love with another woman.
He added to Q magazine: "Really and truly I miss her. And I would like to
speak to her.

"It's so confusing for me still. What am I supposed to say? If I was to turn
round now and say, 'Right, my heart's not mended and I still miss her and
I'm still in love with her', that will wreck my chances with some other girl
who might read that and I might blow my chances with her."
Meanwhile, Pete, 30, has been left devastated after doctors ordered him to
get rid of his pet cats after discovering he was allergic to them.
The singer sought medical advice after being stricken with symptoms
including sneezing, red itchy eyes and breathing difficulties and was told
he needed to find new homes for his beloved animals.
