Britney Spears has been granted one overnight visit per week with her boys, but they will be monitored. She left the courtroom upset and teary eyed.
What happened in the courtroom:
She's wearing a black shirt and jeans, and her hair is down. She's carrying favorite white bag of the moment and is drinking a Coke - regular, not diet.
We sat and watched as Britney was sworn in by the Commissioner. Then her lawyer asked all of the media to leave.
Brit is sporting black sunglasses - in court. The Commissioner, however, says it's alright since its her "medical condition" that requires her to wear them. Britney, Kevin, and her two sons all have pink eye.
Although Britney didn't appear in court this morning she also dissed dancers scheduled to audition for her new video and tour. She didn't show up to the auditions, leaving dancers pissed off after Brit's new assistant called Millennium Dance Studio in North Hollywood and canceled.
The source said: "Over 50 girls waited for her to show this morning - for over an hour."
Yesterday Britney went shopping and stopped at a Mexican restaurant for a Coke and small meal. She does what she wants - she's in control.....
