David and Victoria - who are moving Stateside in the summer after the soccer
star signed a deal with Los Angeles Galaxy - are said to be keen on the
seven-bedroom Beverly Hills property because of its secluded location.
A source said: "It's been a long process trying to find the ideal home but
this one ticks the most boxes.
"The fact it is so close to Tom and Katie's house is ideal for Victoria."
The mansion boasts a tennis court, home cinema, swimming pool, seven
bathrooms, six fountains, two acres of landscaped gardens and a separate
guest apartment.
The long drive and secluded grounds offer privacy and security.
Victoria and Katie have been firm friends since last year's Paris Fashion
Week, and the former Spice Girl attended the actress' marriage to Tom last
year.
Neighbors of Tom and Katie confirmed the Beckhams are interested in the
property.
One revealed: "We have heard that the Beckhams have visited the property and
put in an offer. They love the home."
