In August, Quintana received a court order forbidding the producer from threatening, assaulting or harassing him. It's not the first time the pair has come to blows - Quintana previously filed another lawsuit last November alleging Peters subjected him to "continuous and pervasive sexual harassment," including "multiple instances where he was physically (and) sexually harassed by Peters" during the filming of the Superman movie. Peters' lawyer, Joe Yanny, has slammed the new order, branding it "ridiculous" and insisting his client "lost his temper" at the testimony because Quintana was blowing kisses at him.

He says, "This restraining order is ridiculous. Mr. Peters did not threaten Mr. Quintana. He is trying to manipulate the system."
A hearing is scheduled for September 9 to determine how long the order will remain in effect.
