deodorant while filming new movie 'Fool's Gold' in Australia and the
Bahamas.
He said: "Kate always bought a salt rock, which is a natural deodorant, and
said, 'Would you please put this on?' "
Matthew declined Kate's gifts because he has been brought up to embrace a
more natural existence.
He said: "I grew up in the country and didn't wear shirts or shoes. My
mother didn't even put a bathing suit on us in the country club until we
were nine."
Matthew recently revealed he is expecting his first child with girlfriend
Camila Alves.
The 'Sahara' star announced the happy news on his website last week, saying
he is "excited" about experiencing parenthood for the first time.
He wrote: "My girlfriend Camila and I made a baby together. We are stoked
and wowed by this miracle of creation and this gift from God, and so excited
for the adventure that will come in raising this child."
Matt would have made a move on Hudson, but she was taken at the time.
He's also going to have to get fat for a future movie role.
Although he stank on set Kaye knows Matt will be a great daddy.
Kate said: "I think he will be an incredible dad. I think because
people see Matthew always out doing something - whether dancing in a bar or
on the beach or hiking with some crazy bandana - they take that image and
just run with it.
"Matthew happens to be one of the most loving and loyal people I know and
his family is important to him. He's great with kids and I think he'll be a
very responsible and absolute blast of a dad."
Matthew, insists his child will be just as wild as he is.
He added in a joint interview with People magazine: "Make no doubt about it.
My kid will dance. He will be on the beach and he will be taking hikes with
a wild bandana on.
"He might not dance like I do. Regardless, he or she is still going to have
a little rhythm."
