'The Spirit' star - who wed actor Ryan in a low-profile ceremony in
September - is thrilled she managed to tie the knot away from the public
spotlight.
She told the Los Angeles Times newspaper: "It was my mission to have a
moment of privacy, to do something for myself. I was happy with the results
of that."
Scarlett says she spent all summer planning the intimate nuptials, which
took place at a remote resort near Vancouver, Canada.
The 24-year-old blond beauty also insists she isn't worried about getting
older because it will help her land more challenging movie roles.
