Actress Ola Ray, a former Playboy Playmate, has filed suit against Jackson and his production company alleging breach of contract.
According to TMZ.com, Ray's attorney claims she was promised a cut of the 1983 promo's revenue but has yet to receive a penny.

The epic 14-minute video, which was directed by John Landis, was the most expensive promo of its time, at a cost of $500,000 (£336,470).
Landis also filed suit against Jackson in January (09), claiming he's owed royalties for his work on the iconic promo and related spin-offs.
In his suit, the movie maker alleged he had a deal in place with the superstar, which entitled him to 50 per cent of the net profits from the video and related material. That case continues. (WENN/MT/WNWCZM/KL)
